Mohamed Fareed Fakie (1st Standard Gun), Noshaad Cassim (1st Open Gun) and Shehzaad Khan (1st Production Gun), from the Sporting Shooting Club, did Lenasia proud, when they bagged separate titles in the South African Frontier Shooting Range North West Province Annual Championships, on Saturday, November 25.

Mohammed Fakie, one of the father’s who also participated at the championships, said, “Today our club produced top shooters in South Africa. For the first time in the history of Sporting Shooting Club we produced three juniors of class, and their performances set the pace for better things to come for the club.
“For a while these lads have made a mark in the sport on handing a firearm and their discipline speaks volume for them and their proud fathers.”

The three lads were joined by some of the senior winners including Ebrahim Asvat, Nadeem Ali, Asgar Khan and Mohammed Fakie.
